These terms apply to purchases made through machasorchard.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Our trading name is Macha's Orchard, operated by Richmount Rural Community Association Ltd, Charity No. 105192.
Orders
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time, in which case you will receive a full refund. Prices are shown in Euros and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices without notice, but any change will not affect an order already placed.
Payment
Payment is taken at the time of order via Stripe. We accept major debit and credit cards. We do not store your payment details.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 2–3 working days. Delivery times may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers once an order has been dispatched. If your order does not arrive within a reasonable time, please contact us at hello@machasorchard.com.
Returns & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. As our products are food items, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products unless they are faulty or not as described. If a product arrives damaged or faulty, we will offer a replacement or full refund. Please contact us with a description of the issue and, where possible, a photograph.
Food products
Our products are natural food items. Please check the product description for ingredients before purchasing if you have any allergies or dietary requirements. If you are unsure, please contact us before ordering. Store all products as directed on the label. Best before dates are printed on all packaging.
