What information we collect
When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, delivery address, and phone number. This is used solely to fulfil and deliver your order and to send you order confirmation and shipping updates. If you sign up to our newsletter, we store your email address and name to send you updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send. If you contact us via our contact form, we store your name, email address, and message in order to respond to you.
How we use your information
We use your information to process and fulfil your order, send order confirmation and shipping notification emails, respond to enquiries you send us, and send newsletter updates (only if you opted in). We do not sell, share, or rent your personal data to any third party for marketing purposes.
Payment information
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store or have access to your card details at any point. Stripe's privacy policy applies to the processing of your payment information: stripe.com/gb/privacy.
Data storage
Your order and account data is stored securely using Supabase, a GDPR-compliant database platform. Emails are sent using Resend. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data.
Your rights
